Job Summary

Provide Accounting tasks and clerical support to the Finance Department. This is a part time position and the work week hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm with some flexibility. The maximum of 25 hours per week. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.

Job Description


Major Responsibilities

  1. Processing monthly Youth vouchers

  2. Data Entry

  3. Collecting time sheets for all employees and updating paid-time-off and holiday records

  4. Assisting with weekly check runs,

  5. Miscellaneous administrative duties such as filing are assigned by supervisor.


  1. Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred but not required

  2. Microsoft Excel and Word experience is required

  3. QuickBooks Online experience is preferable.

  4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  5. Must work well as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.

  6. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  7. Excellent time management skills and ability to complete paperwork and data maintenance on a timely basis.

This position may include lifting to 10 pounds for files, computer printouts on occasion.
