To inform and direct the implementation of the Museumís communications, public relations, and marketing strategy as well as management of digital and online communications tools, including the GCV&M website, social media platforms, and email blasts. This position also supports some of the Museumís IT functions.
The Program Manager is a community change agent who uses effective communications, outreach and community engagement to address urgent issues, including recovery from the pandemic. The Program Manager plays a critical role on our diverse team, managing assigned projects that foster positive change within nonprofit organizations and within the community.
Provides advanced level content expertise in developing, implementing, communicating and administering University-wide compensation programs and policies in order to recruit, retain, and reward a qualified and diverse workforce. Serves as a consultant to University and Affiliates on compensation matters. Monitors, counsels and advises on University compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other federal and state labor laws. Provides strategic support to the Human Resources Business Partner model. Monitors and provides consultation on pay practices related to regulatory compliance within the organization to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements as well as University policies. Promotes the HR Experience through the HR Values of Respect, Integrity, Inclusion, Performance Excellence and Engagement. eLearning Content Developer will be responsible for the ongoing creation of digital training content for the RochesterWorks, eLearning website for use by both internal staff and clients.
As an eLearning Content Developer, you will proactively develop your own understanding of the systems and tools used to create digital workshop content and translate that knowledge into powerful learning solutions utilizing the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model framework that combine solid design, rapid development, and creative delivery. In collaboration with members of RochesterWorks subject matter experts, you will research and write detailed eLearning workshops. You will also develop PowerPoint presentations, job aids and other performance support tools to create a complete set of course materials to deliver on the eLearning platform. This position serves as a supporting role for RochesterWorks and reports to the Technology Manager.
