Maintains a secure and reliable technology environment with support from contracted IT vendors. Provides oversight of information technology systems across Starbridge programs and services.
Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports Starbridge IT Systems
Maintains existing Starbridge systems (Salesforce, Access database, Excel utilization spreadsheets, Relias) with support from contracted IT vendors.
Evaluates, plans, and implements workstation replacements.
Supports Medicaid billing for programs.
Manages IT requests for system enhancements (i.e. Salesforce, Access database, Medisked)
Works with users to define requirements.
Solicits estimates from outside vendors.
Acts as the manager for all IT projects and programs undertaken within the agency.
Provides staff assistance / training in using existing systems.
Evaluates, plans and implements network/software upgrades.
Collaborates with Vendors
Establishes and manages contracts and relationships with outside IT vendors.
Establishes and manages all partner agreements and ensues that all licensing and renewals are kept current and reviewed for accuracy.
Demonstrates Professionalism
Develops IT annual budget in collaboration with CFO.
Develops and maintains policies and procedures needed to support IT operations.
Develops schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adheres to Starbridge organizational values.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field and 5 years of experience managing IT systems, preferred.
Associates Degree in IT field and 5 plus years of managing IT systems may be considered.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional, diverse teams.
Ability to understand and clarify business processes and concepts and translate details and recommendations into non-technical terms for business staff.
Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
