This team member will be responsible for helping to generate leads, book meetings, work on SOWs, and be involved in the soup-to-nuts process of creating awesome, custom software solutions for our customers.
This position can be hybrid / remote, and we are located right here, in Rochester, NY.
The candidate will receive base + a generous commission for every relationship generated to help SandBox Union's mission of creating the very best software for businesses of every size.
The Strong’s technology team provides secure, dependable, and high-quality technology systems and services for museum staff, events, and facility rentals. As the primary point of contact for the IT Helpdesk, the IT service technician is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining museum software and hardware for end users while using excellent customer service and problem-solving techniques to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues over the phone and in person. The IT service technician initiates escalation procedures as applicable and follows through on all assigned incidents and requests. This position requires education or entry-level work experience sufficient to provide first-level technical support to museum staff, an enthusiasm for delivering high-quality customer service in a timely manner, and a proven track record of supporting others as well as working independently on tasks.
