The Data Operations Associate is a technical role focused on supporting research projects through sample processing, data processing and survey programming. The Data Operations Associate works closely with members of the research team and operations to understand client requirements, ensuring deliverables are created with the highest efficiency and quality. The Data Operations Associate also works closely with their manager to develop and document best practices impacting all operational areas within the organization.
The Web Application Developer will create enhancements and maintain features for an ERP web application and external customer portal user interface. The ERP web application and customer portal are used to support company business processes. The application supports users in our United States, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific offices as well as our external customers. The database backend is implemented with MS SQL. The web application is planned to be ported from on-premise to Azure and the user interface will be updated to a modern design using Angular. We are looking for a candidate that will be a key player in crafting a user interface that will lead the company into new business growth.
The Program Director, Software and Information Technology, reports to the Vice President for the Economic Development & Innovative Workforce Services (EDIWS) Division and is responsible for the development and management of a portfolio of non-credit and contract credit information and computer technology related programming, courses and certifications. The Program Director works collaboratively with the chair of the Information and Computer Technologies (ICT) department, and local business and industry to determine, develop and deliver training and education programs for client employees and diverse student audiences at the College. The Program Director also supervises select open enrollment sections targeted for specific IT market segments for technology and vendor-specific certification. A key expectation of the Program Director is the continuous delivery of superior customer service to both internal and external customers and constituents.
