Technician position completes testing, burn-in, and accurately and effectively completes the GMP documentation for assembled modules, systems, and applicable sub-assemblies. Technician I test, troubleshoots, and repairs applicable modules or systems that do not meet the product and performance specifications per Standard Operating Procedures. Performs tasks within full-scale production manufacturing operations, including routine assembly; or quality assurance and reliability testing following established methods and procedures. Complete testing of systems or modules that supports Engineering project requirements. Technicians will be cross-trained and expected to perform any/all essential tasks within the production/manufacturing operations, including system, module, and sub-assembly builds. Adheres to the Safety requirements and applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Provides applicable and necessary support for all Quality Compliance Audits and Inspections. Provide support and execute activities related to Enterprise Excellence and 5S activities.
The Plant Maintenance team provides electro-mechanical support for production machines and equipment. The team is dedicated to keeping production moving with minimal downtime by troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues. This includes resolving mechanical and electrical problems and performing scheduled maintenance on equipment. This position entails working as a member of a team to perform and document troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of high-speed manufacturing, injection molding, packaging, and sterilizing equipment. Other aspects may include project work, offline rebuild work as well as training other technicians.
