The SNUG site-based Social Worker will complement and enhance the outreach services SNUG/SOY currently provides in coordinating and implementing trauma-focused service planning, counseling, case management and information & referral services. The Social Worker will also be responsible for the provision of consumer screenings/assessments, training/education, advocacy, crisis intervention, mediation, home studies, life skills, and maintains required consumer documentation, reports and database systems.
The IT Specialist is a hands-on position requiring your full focused attention to providing excellent customer service, network support, computer hardware, software and peripheral requirements. You will respond to the corporate IT helpdesk within specific time parameters, work collaboratively with team members, install network cables and construction as required, and ensure your availability for after-hours upgrades.
