The Help Desk Technician role is to ensure the stable operation of the Episcopal SeniorLife Communities computer end user community through excellent support of requests and questions to the IT Department. This person is the first point of contact for all program staff to analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer needs in an effective and cost-efficient manner. The role is responsible for up to date documentation of service requests, end user assets and support documentation.
