Reporting to the Executive Chairman, the Environmental & Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the environmental and quality performance of Li-Cycle. The incumbent must develop, implement, and monitor environmental strategies, policies and programs that promote sustainable development. The Environmental & Quality Manager examines corporate activities to establish where improvements need to be made to ensure legislated compliance. Support the development, implementation and tracking of environmental compliance, including overseeing preventative or correction measures. The individual will carry out environmental audits, assessments, identify problems, resolve issues, and implement change, as necessary. Additionally, the role is accountable for establishing performance standards, procedures, and audit controls in to meet business requirements.
