Job Description

Customer Care Representative

Productivity Specialist

The Productivity Specialist is responsible for the coordination of field techniciansí daily schedule. Performing of various identified administrative functions are centralized to the Productivity Specialist in order to promote local ADT branch field time, business efficiency and support of business processes and best practices. Field technicians are dispatched to customerís homes to install new ADT alarm systems or to perform repair work on existing ADT customer sites. The Productivity Specialist is assigned a particular geographic area within the United States and provides support to a particular identified set of local ADT branches, including but not limited to field technicians and local ADT managers. In order to be successful in this role, the following qualities have been identified as critical assets: adaptability, problem solving and decision-making skills, multi-tasking as well as the ability to build relationships quickly with internal customers supported remotely.

Emergency Dispatch Operator

An Emergency Dispatch Representative is responsible for monitoring and dispatching proper authorities for residential and small business alarms as well as contacting appropriate responsible parties.

Technician Support

Responsible for inbound calls from customers and Service Technicians in the field. Dispatch technicians to scheduled jobs and provide necessary job information regarding service and installation request. After job is complete inbound agent is responsible for requesting billing information from technicians and moving the job from cleared to billable status. Places systems on test for technicians or customers when applicable. Handles all customer scheduling inbound related calls. Handles escalated customer scheduling concerns by providing customer world class customer service and meeting customer scheduling expectations. Heavy call volume handled daily

Advanced Customer Care Specialist

As an Advanced Customer Care Specialist, you will resolve customer inquiries with the highest level of professionalism and integrity to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with other business units to retain accounts that might otherwise have been cancelled
